I love feminine but kind of ridiculous looks. Which is why I love this almost overly frilled blouse. And extra bonus? The cherry print. *sigh* And, yes, it's a blouse though they've paired it with a matching skirt making it look like a dress. Oh, and btw, I could never afford it.
