When In Rome - A Few Pieces I Loved

Friday night I dragged my poor husband to yet another romantic comedy. There is absolutely no rom-com ever made that I am not excited to go see immediately. So clearly there was nothing that was going to hold me back from seeing "When In Rome."

I wasn't expecting too much out of the movie, but then I saw a few pieces that just made me wild. And I'm not talking plot points. Clearly it was the wardrobe that had me gaga.

First were the gorgeous blue satin Christian Louboutins that Kristen Bell smartly took off before jumping into the fountain. You know I'm a Louboutin-aholic, so my eyes were glued to the shoes all the while Kristen was dancing around the fountain. I couldn't find a pic of them, so this is the best I could do. Do you see them sitting there so sad and lonely? Don't worry, I'll take you home!

I didn't think anything was going to top those Loubs, but then Kristen showed up in this necklace:

Hello, Van Cleef!!! I was in love with that Van Cleef necklace. I love a long chain, and with a simple mother of pearl clover accent. Sweet and chic. Just the way I like it. I asked Mr. EWP to get me one. And then he laughed at me.

And finally, when I thought there was nothing else that I could possibly love more than those two items, this dress showed up.

This Amsale wedding gown made me gasp out loud at its gorgeousness. So soft, so feminine, so so perfect.

The sash. The flower appliques. All so perfectly done.

It made me want to get married all over again just so I could wear this dress. Mr. EWP was not amenable to this idea. He's always ruining all my fun plans.

I swear it was a million times prettier on screen. *sigh*
So, if for nothing else, check out "When In Rome" to see these pieces that I just totally loved.
