I have decided my next big purchase will not be of the clothing/shoe variety but a SLR digital camera. Only problem is, I don't know anything about them.
I know enough to know that I've outgrown my little point and shoot and am aching for some better picture quality. Now, by no means will I ever become an amateur photographer, I just want to be able to take nice pictures on trips and, someday, of the future well-dressed babies I'll have running around.
So with that in mind, any of you have an SLR digital camera? Any recommendations? Anything I should know?
