Kathryn Bigelow's color choice was a little dull, but I think she was trying to differentiate herself from the actresses and appear the serious director that she is. Which is fine, I can get behind that. She's a lovely woman, and she looks good in anything. I just absolutely cannot believe she's wearing one of those plastic "live strong" "believe" "something corny goes here" rubberband bracelets. First of all, those bracelets are so very 6 years ago. Second of all, even if she doesn't mind living in 2004, rubberband bracelets absolutely positively 500% do NOT belong with evening wear. C
