Elizabeth Banks looked absolutely gorgeous in a smokey grey be-ruffled Versace gown. Her makeup and hair team hit it out of the park with the lightly smoked eye and the diamond headband. Another win for headbands with evening wear!! I'm going to make it a thing before the year is out.
