Thank You, Betty Crocker

It's not just Louboutins that get me all excited and doing a happy dance in my EWP headquarters. My new gluten-free life was infringing on my love of baking and baked goods (these recipes call for garbanzo flour, people!). I thought my baking life was over. Well, my easy out of a box baking life that is (Foodiebia gave me a great gluten-free dessert cookbook, but a) I need garbanzo flour, b) I need a spring form pan. Which is actually on its way from Amazon right now). That is until, with a heads up from General Mills insider Emily, I found this cake mix from Betty Crocker. Just baked it and it tastes mostly normal, just a little off but that is easily masked with a healthy layer of frosting. My husband's already eaten half of it (you think I'm joking, but I'm not). Thank you, Betty Crocker!

Yes, that's OVER THREE TIMES as much as normal BC cake mix. I guess everything I own has to be more expensive.
