I can't find an eyeliner that doesn't run. Any suggestions?
Eyeliner is one item of makeup that took me a long time to find the right fit. I hopped from makeup counter to makeup counter looking for the perfect liner. Lauder was runny. Clinique wasn't dark enough. Lancome felt funny. None of them were what I was looking for.
And then, I really can't recall why, my usual brand-snob self grabbed a liner at the drug store. And I have never looked back since.
My two drugstore liners (liquid and pencil) give me the saturated color, easy application, long wear, non-runniness, and great consistency that I demand in a liner. I love love love them and have not bought a brand name liner in at least 5 years. That's how much I love them.
Just goes to show, you don't have to spend a ton to get a quality product. (Never thought you'd hear me say that, now did you?)
