Penelope Cruz dazzled in a dress 60 years old. You could just see its age in the delicate lacing, but in a good way. The story is she saw this dress 9 years ago and knew she had to wear it one day, went back last week and got it. How it was still around 9 years later is beyond me; this gorgeous dress belongs in a museum. Penelope was delicate, feminine, beautiful, and perfectly dressed to pick up her Oscar.Grade: A

This grecian number could've easily been worn by anyone on the actual Oscar red carpet. Another hit out of the park for the gorgeous Cruz. (Also, aren't we glad she stopped wearing black velvet??)Grade: A
