Life in the J.Crew Sale Section

So I thought to myself today, what would happen if every shopping venue was gone, and all I had left to survive on was the sale section of jcrew.com. Well, folks, it seems I would be left with a lot of cardigans and basically no bottoms. But as I can actually shop in other places, the sale section isn't bad for pieces to throw into my wardrobe, especially for work clothes.

Now mind you, I am of the firm belief that if something is a really good deal, then it must surely be defective. Which is why the cute $19.99 sweater I saw didn't make it on the post as its price indicates it clearly must be 1) see-through, 2) unflattering, or 3) both. And while some of the super bargains do appear below, I will not vouch for them actually turning out great in person. So beware J.Crew's final sale on all sale items. I will, however, vouch for J.Crew's cardigans. I love them. They're comfortable, cute, well-fitted, and don't look grandma-y. I, no joke, own 10 of them. And I'm definitely in the market for more.

And, finally, let us all shake our fists in anger at J. Crew's shipping rates (Who doesn't have flat rate shipping in this day and age???)
